Sauna Youth‘s ‘Transmitters’ is a track that can only be described as getting hit in the face, but in a good way. The jittery, upbeat punkiness of the song is pounded out from the speedy but steady drums and enhanced with the slightly erratic guitar. It’s the kind of song you could listen to in any mood, and instantly feel like you could conquer Mt Everest whilst moon-walking – it completely oozes the right kind of energy.

This track is the first song off the new record from Sauna Youth titled Distractions, which will be released in June. Frankly, we can’t wait to hear the rest of the album if it’s anywhere near as good as this song.
