Declan McKenna’s wonderful track ‘Brazil’ shows great promise. After winning air time on Zane Lowe’s show on Radio 1 (before Zane left) and performing at Glastonbury through their emerging talent competition, it seems McKenna is bound for success.

‘Brazil’, written about the darker side to the world of football, transports the listener to the titled location. It features an extremely catchy riff, solidifying itself into the listeners’ brain, which in addition to the clever lyrics and subject matter make for a genuinely unique song. McKenna is definitely going places – you can keep an eye on him on Twitter.
