September’s gaming releases bring with them new ways to test your skills on the court and the pitch, the latest chapter in a beloved franchise, a chance to soar and score on a broomstick, escape from a twisted eternal play and an opportunity to see a familiar world through the eyes of a princess.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions

Grab your broom and get ready to take to the skies in this high-flying adventure. In Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, players will take their spot on their chosen team – as either a Chaser, Seeker, Beater or Keeper – and aim for victory. Whether it is for house points at Hogwarts, bragging rights at the Burrow, or lifting that prestigious Quidditch World Cup, players will be able to adapt their play styles to suit each role in the team. Explore never-before-seen areas of the Wizarding World solo or in multiplayer as you look to be the best on a broom.

Players who pre-order will unlock the Firebolt Supreme Broom Skin. The Deluxe Edition includes a copy of the game and a House Pack for each Hogwarts House – which includes a unique Broom Skin, House School Uniform and House Crest Emblem – and 2000 Gold.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC from September 3*

NBA 2K25

Opportunity awaits in this year’s NBA 2K release. From building a legacy in MyGM and MyNBA as a manager putting together a dream team, exploring the world of the WNBA – going head-to-head with the likes of Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese – in The W or exploring the Boulevard of the Stars in the all-new City. With basketball at its core, this year’s City sees the return of MyCOURT alongside a larger-than-life Proving Grounds arena, the chance to pick a side in ELITE v RISE faction challenges or just kick back and play with friends at some of the locations around the City – including the REC, Pro-Am and Ante-Up locations.

Players who pre-order will receive 5000 Virtual Currency. Players who purchase before October 17* will unlock the Trendsetter Reward – which includes additional Virtual Currency and bonus MyCAREER and MyTEAM content. The All-Star Edition includes a copy of the game, 100k Virtual Currency, a MyCAREER pack – including skill boosts and Gatorade boosts for 25 games, Jayson Tatum Cover Jersey and Skateboard and a 2K25 Cover Stars t-shirt – and MyTEAM Promo Box – including 10 MyTEAM player cards, three Diamond Shoe cards, three Takeover boosts and one Amethyst Coach card.

The Hall of Fame Edition includes the game and all the content in the All-Star Edition alongside a 12-month NBA League Pass subscription (not available on Nintendo Switch) and a Season 1 Pro Pass with four upfront Pro Pass rewards.

NBA 2K25 will be available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC from September 6*

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2

Grab your gear and heed the call of war in the next chapter for the Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine story. Picking up from the events of the first game, players will once again follow the story of Captain Demetrian Titus, a member of the Ultramarine Chapter who was imprisoned for heresy. After more than a century, Titus is free from his imprisonment and has entered self-imposed penance as a Blackshield of the Deathwatch rather than return to his chapter. Now Titus is on the front line of hunting down alien threats – including the Tyranids; an insectoid race who look to consume all biomatter in the universe.

The Standard Edition includes the base game and the Macragge’s Chosen DLC with three unique cosmetics for the Bolt Rifle, Chainsword and Power Armour. The Gold Edition includes the base game, Macragge’s Chosen DLC, the Season Pass and four days of Early Access. The Ultra Edition includes the base game, all the content of the Gold Edition and the Ultramarine Champion pack with extra cosmetics for the Heavy Bolter and Power Armour.

The Collector’s Edition – only available via the Focus Entertainment Store – includes the base game, all the content of the Ultra Edition, Collector’s Edition Steelbook, The Art and Making of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 172-page book, and a painted 8.25in x 6.7in resin statue of Lieutenant Titus all together in a Collector’s Box with unique artwork.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC from September 9*

Enotria: The Last Song

Become the Mask of Change and rewrite the story in this Souls-like adventure. In Enotria: The Last Song, the once vibrant and culturally rich continent of Enotria has been damned to ruin by the curse of Canovaccio. With a stranglehold on Enotria’s inhabitants, the curse has rendered everyone incapable of doing anything but live their role in the Play, condemning the land to be a husk of its former self. To break this curse, players will have to harness the powers of the masks they can carry and gather as they try to find the source of the curse and end the Play once and for all.

Players who pre-order will receive Upgrade Weapon material and an extract from the Original Soundtrack. The Deluxe Edition includes a copy of the game with 72 hours Early Access, post-launch DLC, Digital Artbook extract, exclusive weapon skin set, Upgrade Mask materials, Upgrade Lines material, extra Hymn of Vigor, extra Miracle Pesto and extra Armonia Sap

Enotria: The Last Song will be available on PlayStation 5 and PC from September 19*

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom

Harness the power of the Princess in this new adventure. In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, players will take Zelda on her own adventure to save Link and the people of Hyrule. After Link vanishes through a mysterious rift, similar rifts appear throughout Hyrule, drawing others in and snatching them away to the Still World. As she travels Hyrule for answers, Zelda meets the mysterious fairy Tri, who lends the Tri Rod to the princess to assist on her quest. Harnessing the powers of the rod, Zelda can travel in new ways using “echoes” of objects – which will also come in handy when faced with what comes from the other side of the rifts.

Players who purchase via the UK Nintendo Store will receive a key ring and wall scroll with their game. Also available will be a bundle of the game with a Wind Waker Zelda Amiibo.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will be available on Nintendo Switch from September 26*
