In November 2012, a young indie rock band made up of Joe Bardsley , Eddie Smith, Sam Vazquez  and James Garbutt  formed. Having recently played a gig in Leeds, Headrow are a great band with influences such as Arctic Monkeys, Bloc Party, Radiohead and Ride.

Headrow’s single ‘Wake Up’ lives up to its name. Throughout the piece, Joe Bardsley’s voice works well with the edgy riffs of the guitar. The verses and choruses are distinct and catchy; especially the final chorus where the lyrics “is this made up or is this imaginary” seem to stand out and stay with you long after the song’s over.

‘Wake Up’ features along with four other songs on Headrow’s The Czar Street EP , which was released on March 13th.
