Pokémon Go trainers should get their Pokéballs at the ready as Pokémon Go Fest 2024 heads to Madrid this June.

Niantic and Madrid welcome various Pokémon such as the Shiny Crabawler and trainers to the worldwide, two-day digital event from July 14-16 with events running from 10 am till 6 pm (CET).

Trainers can enjoy exclusive gameplay, special bonuses and more while taking on adventures with friends.

The event is split across two locations, Parque Juan Carlos I and the larger Madrid area. All tickets include access to both locations, with the only difference being the time of day trainers can visit each.

The Morning Park Experience ticket enables trainers to begin their day at Parque Juan Carlos I before exploring the rest of Madrid, whereas the Afternoon Park Experience allows trainers to start their day in Madrid before concluding it at Parque Juan Carlos I.

Over 70 Pokémon species, including shiny variants, will be popping up all over the capital.

One new Pokémon coming to Madrid is the mythical Marshadow which can only be encountered once by completing the initial Special Research.

Other notable additions include Klefki, a Steel and Fairy type usually exclusive to France, and the Shiny Unown and Crabrawler.

Additionally, special Pokémon costumes such as sun and moon crowns Pikachu and Eevee will be making their grand debut and if you are lucky, you may even find a shiny one.

Tickets are priced at €32 however, special early bird tickets are currently available to buy until April 9 at €27.

Other Pokémon Go Fest locations include Sendai, Japan running from May 30 till June 2, New York, US on July 5-7 and a two-day global online event, on July 13-14.
