Rockstar Games have officially announced Red Dead Redemption 2. The highly anticipated sequel to the 2010 western action adventure had previously been teased on the developer’s social media accounts.
The first trailer and image from the game shows a group of characters travelling across various locations. Rockstar have yet to reveal any details on the game’s time frame or characters, stating with the trailer that “Red Dead Redemption 2 is an epic tale of life in America’s unforgiving heartland. The game’s vast and atmospheric world will also provide the foundation for a brand new online multi-player experience.”
Red Dead Redemption 2 is scheduled to be released on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in Autumn 2017. Watch the teaser trailer below.
