Gaming News: Nintendo Switch Titles Previewed

Fans got a first look at the special Nintendo Switch Presentation.

Nintendo have showcased various titles for the Nintendo Switch. During the Nintendo Switch presentation, various developers took to the stage in Tokyo to discuss projects for the console.

Among the games on show were 1, 2 Switch – a competitive party game – and Arms – an arena based fighting game. These were announced along with some of the titles currently in development for the Switch. These include FIFA, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim as well as new Fire Emblem titles, Dragon Quest X & Dragon Quest XI, a new Shin Megami Tensei game and new titles from Square Enix, Sega and Grasshopper – which will see the return of Travis Touchdown.

Fans also got a first look at two new titles coming to Switch later in 2017 – Splatoon 2 and Super Mario Odyssey – with new gameplay and cinematic trailers. Splatoon 2 will feature new game modes, weapons and arenas, while Super Mario Odyssey will see the titular hero travel to a new world with some familiar faces and foes joining him along the way.

1, 2, Switch will be available fro March 3. ARMS is scheduled for a Spring 2017 release, Splatoon 2 is scheduled for a Summer 2017 release and Super Mario Odyssey is scheduled for a Holiday 2017 release. Watch the presentation in full below.
