The South Park title has been delayed for a second time.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been officially delayed. The news was announced as part of Ubisoft’s earnings report. No reason has been given for the cancellation, with the report stating that the sequel to The Stick of Truth would now release in the 2017/18 fiscal year.
This news means the game is now scheduled to be released between April 2017 and March 2018. Initially planned for a release in late 2016, the game was delayed to Q1 2017 before the report’s publication.
The Fractured But Whole is the sequel to 2014’s The Stick of Truth, which sees the player once again take on the role of the New Kid as the kids of South Park take on superhero personae to do battle.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is scheduled for release on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Watch the trailer below.
