Lady Gaga has announced that she will be headlining the Fortnite Festival Season 2: Unlock Your Talent, launching on 22 February.

The collaboration between Lady Gaga and Epic Games has fans going gaga as opportunities arise to unlock new instruments, songs and iconic outfits.

The Jam Track song bank includes 8 hits from the singer including ‘Applause’, ‘Poker Face’, ‘Born This Way’, ‘Rain On Me’, ‘Stupid Love’, ‘Just Dance’, ‘The Edge of Glory’ and ‘Bloody Mary.’ They will all be available to perform on a Chromatica-inspired stage.

Ending on 22 April, players can collect these via the free reward track or the Premium Reward Track, a purchasable upgrade costing 1,800 V-Bucks.

The Premium Reward Track grants access to the 2022 Chromatica Ball tour theme items such as the Chromatica Armor Outfit designed by celebrity designer Cecilio Castrillo, a Chromatica Bass and Mic, the ‘Stupid Love’ Jam Track, and Rain Check emote.

Last but certainly not least, the Enigmatic Gaga Outfit is the final reward of the Premium Reward Track which showcases a purple bodysuit designed by celebrity designer Nange Magro of Dead Lotus Couture.

The free reward track includes Woodworker Drums, three new Jam Tracks, the Pop Off aura and two new emotes. The Jam Tracks waiting to be unlocked by players are the ‘8-Bit Beat’, ‘Bloom’ and ‘Best Buds.’

Players who already owned the previously available Lobby Tracks, ‘8-Bit Beat’ and Best Buds,’ will receive a one-time V-Bucks refund, equaling their original purchase price and automatically being granted their Jam Track versions.

Players hoping to unlock these will have to go to the festival pass in the top navigation bar in the lobby of a Fortnite Festival. Completing festive quests in this section will earn players festival points, which turn into in-game rewards.

This marks Gaga as the second headliner for the Haramonix-developed festival, following The Weekend in December 2023.

Fortnite Festival is one of three new games within Fortnite, joining LEGO Fortnite and Rocket Racing.

Disney will also be joining the club after announcing earlier this month that they are collaborating with Epic Games.

If that wasn’t enough, IGN revealed last month that manufacturer PDP will partner with Epic Games to release a new wireless guitar compatible with Rock Band 4 and Fortnite Festival, which aims to provide a more immersive music experience to players.
