Rimmel London: Scandaleyes
As someone who feels pretty inhuman without eyeliner on, but also has the budget of an A Level student with no job (i.e. no budget at all), Scandaleyes by Rimmel is the perfect combination of cheap and effective. Unlike typical liquid eyeliners, this particular product is more of a felt tip pen – making the classic dramatic cat eye flick even simpler to achieve, with little mess. It’s the first eyeliner I ever bought and continues to be something I rarely stray from, especially as it comes in both thick and thin pens, so is suitable for achieving just about any style you want. Being waterproof it lasts all day, and at £5.49 can you really go wrong? This is a product that doesn’t require thoughtful investment, and totally does the job.
