Legendary rap artist Busta Rhymes collabs with Anderson .Paak on new single ‘YUUUU’. The track was released alongside a cinematic new music video, where the two stars work as opposing assassins.

.Paak not only provided vocals for the new track, but also helped produce the beat. A long-time fan, he shared news of the collaboration on twitter saying: “Shout out to my OG! One of my biggest supporters and family in the game! We got so many records this just the tip of the ice berg!”.

The explosive track jumps between the styles of Rhymes and .Paak, mirrored by its monochromatic artwork. The song cover features one artist with a bomb, and the other with a knife, leaving it up to the listener to decide who wins.

‘YUUUU’ is the second single from Busta Rhymes’ ahead of his much-anticipated new album. The forthcoming record, ‘Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God’ will be his first solo release since 2012. Busta has been teasing the album since mid-August when he enlisted the help of comedian Chris Rock, for a promo trailer posted on his YouTube channel.

Hailed as a trailblazer in the rap world, Busta Rhymes is well known as one of the biggest personalities in the game. His Jamaican heritage is a big influence on his music, inspiring his signature ragga-inspired rapping style. Over the years, his many collaborations have included projects with Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Chance the Rapper and countless more.
