4. Sorry, I’ve Got No Head

One of the best sketch comedy series to grace British television. Although it feels like this show went on for years, there were only three seasons — it started in 2008, but repeats were broadcast on CBBC until 2014. Bake Off’s beloved Mel Giedroyc starred in Sorry, I’ve Got No Head — along with other well-known actors like Nick Mohammed (Ted Lasso) and Marcus Brigstocke (Love, Actually).

Core memories include the women who think everything costs “A THOUSAND POUNDS?” The blueberry lady, the Vikings who are frightened of everything, the school in the Outer Hebrides that only has one teacher and one student, and the man who dresses in medieval clothes and yells “WITCH!” when he’s annoyed at someone, who is subsequently carried off by a mob of peasants.
