Kassassin Street
Southsea’s very own Kassassin Street will be bringing their adrenaline fuelled and politically inspired songs to their hometown crowd yet again. Frontman Rowan Bastable looks to be a man possessed by former Joy Division frontman Ian Curtis when on stage, while drummer Nathan Hill is a delight to watch with his bag full of facial expressions bringing a smile to your face. You’ll struggle to find a fault in a band that is on a steady rise and could quite easily replicate the success that have seen Blossoms climb to the top this year.
With huge hits like ‘Centre Straight Atom’, ‘Yeah It’s On’ and ‘Royal Handkerchief Ballet’ the Portsmouth boys are guaranteed to have the whole field bouncing.
