9. New people:

Whether you move to a different sixth form or college yourself, or even stay at your own sixth form but have new applicants from elsewhere; there’s definitely going to be at least a few new faces. This is in no way a bad thing as you get to meet new people and add to your existing social group. Learning about others from scratch, about their likes and dislikes, is always fun to do.

If, like myself, you do move somewhere new where you know hardly anyone, it can at first be scary. However, others will be in the same boat as you and communication with these strangers does get easier as time passes. If I have learnt anything from my experiences of moving school it’s that you’ll probably be connected to a lot more people than you think (every town in the UK is really just a tiny village) and I guarantee there’ll be so many ‘friends of friends’ there that you’ll feel like you’re all best mates already.
