Track Review: Milestone // Hollow Hand

Hollow Hand is the solo project of Max Kinghorn-Mills. Based in Brighton, the project is influenced by 60s psychedelia including Grateful Dead and Syd Barrett. His brand new single ‘Milestone’ is a celebration of positivity and beauty.

Heavily influenced by natural soundscapes, it is dominated by layers of clean guitars, giving off an ethereal organic feel. The laid back vocals are beautiful and make the listener think of summer. The natural soundscapes transport you to a magical place

‘Milestone’ is a chilled out easy listen. It is interesting to find out that nature and escapism played an important role in the recording process. Both the vocals and instrumentation bring a feeling of freedom, making for a rewarding experience
