Brisbane-born Confidence Man, best known for their 2023 collaboration with DJ Seinfeld, ‘Now U Do’, have released their fourth single of 2024, ‘Let Them Bells Ring’.

Despite forming just over eight years ago, the electro-pop foursome have enjoyed success with a wide-ranging discography, largely composed of singles that showcase their range across the large genre. From their groove-infused 2018 debut, Confident Music For Confident People to their more mature and refined 2022 release, TILT, the band have remained effortlessly consistent in their delivery of punchy, playful, and disco-inspired beats.

Moreover, since February, Confidence Man and DJ Boring’s ‘Forever 2 (Crush Mix)’ has catalysed a series of electrifying singles. Their most recent tracks, including ‘I CAN’T LOSE YOU’ and ‘SO WHAT’ mix ‘90s rave with a modern twist, underscoring their growing popularity in the electronic dance scene.

Their latest release is just another string to the band’s bow when it comes to their sonic maturation and wider transcendence into the house genre. The sensual, almost whispered vocals—reminiscent of deep house icons from the ’80s like The Beloved—add a layer of sexiness to the catchy, novel beat with its chimeful bells. As the lyrics unfold: “Emotionally, spiritually (Emotion) / Physically and sexually / Yeah, you bring me back to life / I love it when you look at me”, they deepen this vibe, reaffirming the track’s flawless blend of intimacy, rhythm, and danceability.

Akin to all of the singles Confidence Man have released from their upcoming album, ‘Let Them Bells Ring’ embodies an energetic Ibiza vibe with a strong house influence that will undoubtedly encourage a boisterous reaction on dancefloors and festival turf both home and abroad.

Confidence Man’s third studio album, 3AM (LA LA LA), will be released on October 18th 2024.
