I’m No Chessman always have the ability to surprise. Their 2019 EP Amateurs was an epic listen full of theatrical piano and a dramatic sound reminiscent of Panic at the Disco. It got picked up by a variety of media sources including Gigride and Songwriting Magazine, enhancing their reputation. Recently, they released a new song, ‘Let It Burn’, which builds on these elements to give off a fuller sound.
‘Let It Burn’ by I’m No Chessman packs a lot of creativity into its three minutes. Everything about it is exciting, from the hard-hitting piano to the passionate vocal delivery. It keeps the track flowing so it breezes by. The chorus is the best bit of the track because it’s short and sweet, but doesn’t lose any energy.
