Apollo Junction are an up and coming electro-indie band with members based in Leeds and London. Formed in 2012, they have built a reputation from gigging relentlessly throughout 2013 and 2014. Furthermore, they have received radio airplay and attention from BBC Radio 6 Music, XFM, and BBC Introducing, which debuted their track  ‘I Could Dance with You’ in January. The band takes a DIY-approach into their music, demonstrating their strong commitment over the last few years.

The track has an upbeat electro-indie influence, but Apollo Junction have created their own sound. Singer Jamie’s distinctive Yorkshire accent is refreshing, the harmonies work exceptionally well, and the funky beat would not look out of place in an indie disco. The infectious chorus and simplistic chord progressions are two elements showcasing why they are highly regarded, and are ones to watch in the future.
