High Tyde are a band on a lot of people’s lips at the moment after the December release of their EP Glow, which rounded off 2015 perfectly for the Brighton quartet. Being influenced by bands like Foals, Bombay Bicycle Club and Two Door Cinema Club has helped the guys shape their addicting indie sound, which is bound to stick around in your head for a long time.

The twirly guitar riff and bassline are infectious and the combination of funky beats and amazing vocals are what makes ‘Glow’ perfect to dance to. The catchy chorus is the epitome of the song and has you singing along instantly with the simple lyrics: “well baby you glow / you glow / you glow / you glow / you glow all over me”. The track’s got a carefree, clean and positive summery vibe to it and seems to pass all too quickly despite being three minutes long.
The track also contains a striking a resemblance to Two Door’s anthem ‘I Can Talk’.

If you like the sound of them, you can listen to the ‘Glow’ EP here, or follow the band on their Twitter.
