Birmingham trio Juice’s long awaited second single has arrived and it’s 3 minutes and 16 seconds of pure indie heaven. As a band recently known for their 2014 debut single ‘Sugar’ and having previously supported indie powerhouse Catfish and the Bottlemen, Juice are sure to captivate quite an audience with ‘Acid Kids’: a true explosion from start to finish with its energetic, distorted guitar riffs mixed with a strong drum-beat as well as a massive chorus that’ll knock your socks off.

Lyrics like “and all the sequins in their eyes come as no surprise” add a sense of imagery that creates a certain depth and compliments the track nicely. The track propels into a resonating end and quietly fades out after the funky chorus, which only leaves us longing for more.

Juice are without a doubt a band with massive potential and one to keep an eye out for in the future.
