Antidotes // Foals

Arriving on the briefly returning wave of math rock, Oxford band Foals were slightly out-of-step with what was going on at the time. Antidotes is full of nervous energy and suitably jagged, unpredictable songs, from the brass-bound single ‘Cassius’ to the more contemplative, mysterious ‘Olympic Airways’. They’ve continued to grow and evolve since, with recent record What Went Down released to acclaim in 2015.
