After winning the London Music Award for Best Undiscovered Talent, 16-year-old singer-songwriter Natalie Shay has released ‘And They Stare’. It’s a brilliant follow-up track to her debut single ‘Follow You Home’. Currently studying at the Brit school (does Adele ring any bells here?) we can imagine what future is lying ahead for Natalie.
Natalie’s unique style is evident in this track. Her powerful vocals, mixed with the catchy guitar riffs, build up a hypnotizing song. Drawing influences from artists such as Mumford and Sons, Kate Nash and Snow Patrol, Natalie’s music can’t be tied to one genre.
Natalie Shay is no stranger to the London circuit, having also won the Mayor of London Gigs: Big Busk competition twice since she started performing at 12 years old. Check out her Facebook and YouTube for more of Natalie’s music.
