Natalie McCool has been around for a while, collecting praise from many from the moment she became sharing her music with the world. She has recently uploaded a new track to her soundcloud titled ‘Pins’ and this could be the breakout track she has been waiting for.

‘Pins’ is 4 minutes of alt-pop goodness, sounding like a mix of HAIM, Regina Spektor and Imogen Heap. The song opens up with a raw recording of McCool singing, “I can feel the pins in the lining of the bed we made”.

Her vocals across the track are haunting, leaving a captivating feeling hearing the way her vocals flow across the production. Along with her fierce lyrics, ‘Pins’ will leave you hitting the repeat button.

Be sure to keep an eye and ear out for McCool and this song. Natalie is also having a free showcase at The Islington on April 16th so if you’re free, go and check her out.
