‘Gone Are the Days’ is a single by London based duo HONNE, which was released in early 2016 and features on their EP of the same title.

The track bursts into an energetic, foot-tapping melody before the listener’s attention is drawn to the unique, raw voice of the band’s singer/producer Andy Clutterbuck. The song boasts soulful, gravelly vocals which is echoed as the track progresses into its catchy chorus. There’s something about the smooth, relaxed tone, coupled with the rhythmic, electronic beat that enables the song to be simplistic yet extremely enjoyable. ‘Gone Are the Days’ has a sense of warmth and familiarity about it, and is a perfectly chilled song to listen to when you need a bit of a break.

HONNE have made their presence strongly felt with this track, and their talent is deservedly beginning to be recognised due to the release of the band’s first full-length album Warm on a Cold Night.
