6. Herman Knippenberg (Billy Howle)
I feel a little bad putting our hero at number six, but he is a bit of a snooze, there’s no two ways about it. Though I did enjoy having a dorky, sweet-natured bureaucrat saving the day, and his constant refrain of “my two Dutch!” really did convey that this was no glory-hunt for poor Herman but a matter of duty. Our anti-James Bond was quite refreshing, even if he wasn’t always a thrill. But I suppose the other characters are around to do the thrilling.
