“This is a dysfunctional kitchen,” says Sydney during the opening of their new restaurant. Well, that’s exactly what fans of The Bear have tuned in to see.

Spoiler alert: This news story has spoilers for the second season of The Bear.

A few weeks ago, we reported that a teaser trailer had been released for the upcoming (and much anticipated) fourth season of FX’s The Bear. However, we’ve since been served a new, fresh trailer, and it seems like things are certainly heating up in the kitchen.

‘The Beef’ has become ‘The Bear’ and Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) and Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) are open for business as we see in this brand new trailer. As usual, we can also expect to see all the ups and downs that come with this new venture as the team do their best to become a success.

Most of the cast, including Allen White, Edebiri, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach, will be returning to the restaurant. Richie (Moss-Bachrach), alongside Marcus (Lionel Boyce) will be eager to put into practice those skills they were honing last season. Some guest stars, like Marcus’s teacher, Luca (Will Poulter), are also set to make an appearance.

In case you forgot, we left Carmy in the cold – quite literally, too. After locking himself in the kitchen freezer, he somehow manages to (possibly) ruin the relationships between his best friend, Ritchie, and his girlfriend, Claire, played by Molly Gordon. At least things are looking up for Sydney, who has a particularly touching moment with her father.

So, what can we expect from season three? In an interview with Variety, Allen White discussed Carmy’s fate, stating, “I hope Carmy gets a happy ending. I think that’s all I really hoped for. That he learns how to understand himself a little bit better and appreciates what he has and then finds some peace.”

Will we be getting a glimpse of that happiness soon? Fans won’t have to wait long to find out as The Bear season three drops on Disney+ on the 27th of June.

The previous two seasons of The Bear are available to stream now on Disney+.
