It is with deep regret and sadness that Bon Iver have announced the cancellation of their upcoming European tour. As well as the tour, Justin Vernon’s scheduled appearance on A Prairie Home Companion on January 14th is also cancelled.
The tour was supposed to have kicked off in Paris later this month and end at the Eventim Apollo in London at the end of February. It has been cancelled for personal reasons.
The tour would have been Bon Iver’s first time back in Europe and the UK since the tour of their self-titled album back in 2012.
All tickets for the tour will be refunded, as there is no plan to reschedule any of the shows currently.

It was announced yesterday that Bon Iver will be amongst the many bands and artists to perform at the 2017 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this summer.
The band promises to be back in Europe, but don’t mention any details. Back to the waiting game, it is – hopefully they won’t be another five years.
