For the month of September, sports fans are spoiled for choice with the titles on offer. Away from the pitches, courts and racetracks, there is another month full of releases to suit any and all gamers.
Metroid Prime: Federation Force
The latest edition in the Metroid franchise will take players on a new journey. A spin-off from the Metroid Prime series, Federation Force will put players in the role of a Marine in the Galactic Federation. Going through various missions, players will train their characters and research new items as they progress though the game. Also, players will have the chance to customize their character before each mission to suit their own specific needs.
Also included in Federation Force is Blast Ball. This new three-on-three mode pits teams of Marines against each other in a football style match using mech suits. This mode will help guide players through the mech suit control system in-game while also serving as a separate mode for player characters. Players will also have the chance to explore multiplayer modes within the primary story with an updated four player co-op system for story and exploration missions.
Metroid Prime: Federation Force will be available on 3DS from September 2*
