F For You // Disclosure

In more recent years, I’ve fallen in love with electronic and experimental music. I feel like the characteristics of electronic music have always been with me in some way – if a features a synthesiser heavily, then I’ll probably love it. I’ve always liked odd-sounding and progressive beats and finding obscure artists, however I love the fact that electronic music has become popular again. One group that I think has captured the essence of classic electronic music and given it a modern refresh is British group Disclosure. After seeing them live back in 2013, I became obsessed with their sound and they’ve definitely had an influence on my life and introduced me to a lot of similar artists. The fact that they are young talent and British is s. As much as I love the Americans, I’m proud to be British and Disclosure are a part of that. Their track ‘F For You’ is a perfect example of exactly what they can do and a song that ruled my summer 2013, which I have some of the best memories from.
