The single-player campaign for Halo Infinite has been hit with a bug regarding the Quick Resume feature on Xbox Series X/S.
Currently, those who use the feature are finding that multiplayer cosmetic items, such as skins, emblems and tokens, that are earned via campaign progression aren’t showing up in the relevant inventory screen on multiplayer.
343 Industries community director Brian Jarrard was quick to reassure fans via Twitter that the developer is aware of the issue and that they are working on a fix for the issue. Currently, there is no timeframe as to when the fix will be available.
In the meantime, players are being advised to not use the Quick Resume feature on the Series X/S consoles if possible until the fix can be implemented in order to prevent any further issues or losses with inventory items.
Halo Infinite’s single-player campaign launched yesterday (December 8) following up the launch of the free multiplayer mode, the first season of which, Heroes of Reach, launched on November 15 as a surprise announcement during Xbox’s 20th Anniversary celebrations.
Halo Infinite is available now on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
