Following a limited arcade release in Japan, the fighter game will be coming to PlayStation 4.
Tekken series producer Katsuhiro Harada took to the stage in Paris to confirm that Tekken 7 would be heading to console in the future, with the title celebrating it’s 20th Anniversary.
Following the saga of the Mishima clan, Tekken 7 will see players battle it out to discover the truth behind the family’s feud with one another. The game will also see see the mystery solved regarding the origin of the Devil Gene and the death of Kazumi Mishima, the wife of Heihachi and former matriarch of the clan.
With more than 25 characters in the roster on launch, with more to be added over time, the game sees the addition of eight new characters, including a beginner-friendly character – Brazilian fighter Katarina Alves.
