The release details were confirmed on the Mass Effect website.
The release date for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been officially confirmed by BioWare. In a blog post of the game’s official website, general manager Aaryn Flynn announced that the title will be released in North America on March 21 and in Europe on March 23.
In the post, Flynn also detailed some of the new features of the game and also how the switch to the Frostbite engine will be evident, describing it as a “tremendous graphical jump from the trilogy to Mass Effect: Andromeda.” Flynn also praised the Mass Effect community for their “passion [they] have for the franchise” as well as thanking them for their patience after the game’s initial delays.
This news comes as a new look at the world of Mass Effect: Andromeda is set to be part of the Nvidia Presentation at CES in Las Vegas.
Mass Effect: Andromeda will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC from March 21 in North America and March 23 in Europe. Watch the gameplay trailer below.
