Gears of War 4
First up in the presentation was Gears of War 4. The next chapter in the series was presented by Ron Ferguson from The Coalition, the developers of the series. Ferguson was joined on stage by Laura Bailey – the voice of Kait in the series – for a live demonstration. Showcasing the game’s co-op mode, the demonstration featured part of a rescue mission to save Kait’s mother, who has been kidnapped.
Along with the demonstration came some more details about things to come outside the game. When it launches in October, Gears of War 4 will support cross-play between devices to encourage more co-op game-play. Also available will be the special edition Gears of War 4 Xbox One wireless controller to go with the game. In addition, General Raam will be joining the roster of Killer Instinct as a bonus character.
Gears of War 4 will be available on Xbox One and Windows 10 from October 11. Watch the live demonstration below.
