Gaming News: BAFTA Games Awards Winners Announced

The winners of the 2018 BAFTA Games Awards have been announced. Taking the accolade for Best Game was What Remains of Edith Finch, while Best British Game was awarded to Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, which picked up six awards in total including Best Performer for Melina Jeurgens

Also picking up awards at the ceremony were Super Mario Odyssey, with two awards while Horizon Zero Dawn, Cuphead and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild taking home one award each.

The ceremony also honoured Tim Schafer, the founder of Double Fine and iconic game producer, with a BAFTA Fellowship to honour his achievements in the gaming industry.
