ID @ Xbox
The independent development arm of Xbox had more delights to preview during the presentation. First up was Koji Igarashi with a look at his newest game, Bloodstained: Ritual of The Night. This new side scrolling action game – which raised over $5 million on Kickstarter earlier in the year – previewed a short look at it’s gameplay as well as a new, as-yet-unnamed character. This mysterious man was unveiled in concept art along with a glimpse of his duel blades to keep fans guessing until the game’s release.
There was also some more titles announced/confirmed by ID @ Xbox director Chris Charla. Among the 150+ titles planned for release through ID @ Xbox will be: building simulator City Skylines, the latest Train Simulator title, Beyond Eyes – an artistic adventure game about a blind girl first shown at E3 – and Escapists: Walking Dead – a new game adventure for the zombie apocalypse franchise. Rounding things off was a treat for gamers with a first look at the new Worms: WMD with a short teaser trailer/gameplay footage demo.
