After previous announcements revealed the headliners for Tramlines this summer will be iconic indie bands The Libertines and Primal Scream, the Sheffield inner-city festival has finally revealed its full line-up.
Although Friday will be the quietest day in terms of number of acts performing, it is also the day the beloved Libertines will be headlining the main stage, named Ponderosa, and Twin Atlantic with Liberty Ship will be joining them. Whilst the Folk Forest stage is just running on the Saturday and Sunday, Kano, The Pharcyde, and Matic Mouth will be performing on Devonshire Green, with the PRS Momentum Tent hosting Mista Silva, Champion, and MS Banks.
All stages will be up and running by the Saturday of the event; on Ponderosa Primal Scream will perform as mid-festival headliners, with We Are Scientists, Cabbage, and The Age of L.U.N.A. The first acts making their way to Folk Forest during Tramines 2017 will be Cate Le Bon, Blaenavon, The Wharves and James Tait. Other key names on the Saturday include All Saints, M.O., Spring King and Estrons (all on the Devonshire Green Stage), and Flamingods, Bossy Love and a DJ Set from Nubiyan Twist in the PRS Momentum Tent.
Metronomy will be delighting fans on Ponderosa on the concluding day of Tramlines, and also performing on the largest stage on the Sunday are Lady Leshurr, Loyle Carner, Nadia Rose, and Akala. Highlights on the Sunday are The Coral, The Big Moon and The SSS (Devonshire Green), Omar Souleyman, The Magic Gang and Little Robots (Folk Forest), and Fizzy Blood, Cattle & Cane, and Our Girl (PRS Momentum Tent).
A number of events throughout the weekend will be running on the Into the Trees stage – more details about this, as for the remaining acts not mentioned above, are on the official line-up poster, but Indie Disco and The Leadmill DJs will be a not-miss!
There are still some tickets available for the event at the link here.
