To go from playing The Finsbury Pub in front of 30 people in 2017 to playing Finsbury Park in front of 45,000 people in 2025 seems like one of those pinch-me moments that only happen in movies. However, Fontaines D.C. can officially say it will soon be their reality.

The Irish outfit, captained by frontman Grian Chatten, is experiencing the biggest year of their career, from the global success of their fourth album Romance which came out in August, to announcing their biggest headline show.

Since the start of their career, with the 2019 debut Dogrel, Fontaines D.C. have stood out from the crowd thanks to their intricate sounds and protesting lyrics, alongside original melodies and impressive vocals. Thanks to the popularity of sophomore record A Hero’s Death and their magnum opus Skinty Fia, Fontaines D.C. are ready for bigger crowds and projects.

This is why, on Saturday 5 July 2025, Chatten and Co will play in front of over 40,000 people at the iconic London outdoor venue Finsbury Park.

What other artists does the lineup include?

Along with the band, other exciting acts will take possession of the stage throughout the day, including post-punk names like the Australian group Amyl and the Sniffers and Belfast-based Kneecap.

According to the band’s official announcement, more artists are due to be announced closer to the date.

Are tickets still available for Fontaines D.C. at Finsbury Park 2025?

Yes, tickets are still available via the official website Ticketmaster UK.

Regular tickets retail for £61.05, while the VIP package starts at £94.65.
