Festival Preview: Download Festival 2017

Download Festival have added a whopping 48 bands to its line-up for 2017.

With System Of A Down, Biffy Clyro and Aerosmith confirmed to headline the legendary rock and metal festival, organisers have now beefed up the line-up with a huge range of acts.

Leading the new additions are metalcore favourites A Day To Remember who will be tearing up the Main Stage along with Steel Panther, Creeper, Hacktivist and Baroness. In a move to include more young and exciting bands, other notable inclusions include State Champs, As It Is, Moose Blood, Trash Boat and Dinosaur Pile-Up.

Also heading to Donington are old favourites like Kvelertak, Suicidal Tendencies, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Alestorm and Northlane. They join the already confirmed AFI, Alter Bridge, Rob Zombie, Prophets Of Rage, Pierce The Veil, Slayer, Sum 41 and Sleeping With Sirens.
