EA have revealed their three-month plan detailing brand new The Sims 4 content coming in early 2022.
The teaser from January the 5th has led to much speculation amongst players about what is to come, and many have already theorised that there may be a wedding pack on the way. The Sims official Twitter account used the hashtag “SimthingtoCelebrate” alongside the details of the roadmap and used many symbols in the background which alluded to this – such as confetti and wedding rings.
The roadmap also mentions “free global food items to bring sims together” and “two vibrant kits that celebrate fierce design”. Although we are not quite sure yet what this means exactly, many have speculated that this may link with the celebration theme, whereas others have said they think it may be separate from that and focus more on community or international themes.
Not only that, but it also states that there will be a “few more surprises” in-store. Many fans have said that they are hoping for more packs, hairstyles, clothing or expansions to come to the game as the “surprise” element. As it was not announced when these surprises will be revealed, fans of The Sims 4 will have to wait a little bit longer to hear more information.
The roadmap has excited all Sims fans, who are desperate to find out more information. With the exciting teasers that they have released, the wait seems that it will be worth it.
The Sims 4 is available now on Xbox One, Playstation 4, Mac and PC.
