Sarah Palin – ‘Am I A Feminist?’, 2008

Sarah Palin: the walking gaffe. Frighteningly, Ms Palin was just a McCain election win and a single bullet (to McCain) away from the Presidency and what a world that could have been. Anyway, here is a collection of Palin’s unashamed and embarrassing errors during the McCain-Palin 2008 campaign touring America.

Most of these gaffes consist of Palin being downright dumb. We see her think that Africa is a country, not known if she is or isn’t a feminist, mix up her geography, mix up her English and mistake her own supporters for protesters. All this at the same time she was trying to persuade the entire country that she was fit to lead the entire US Senate and play a key role in the legislative function of the continent of America…or is it country? Those things are easily mixed up. Anyway, luckily for America the McCain-Palin bus was abruptly halted on election night by an oncoming Obama-Biden steam train that wiped them out of all the major states, leaving Palin broken down on the side of the road, probably still believing her and McCain were victors.
