Taking 8th place, Glass Animals’ How To Be A Human Being deserves all the praise it receives. The 11 track album released back in August, the second album by the Oxford band blends stomping beats with a techno twist to create an album that is as pleasing to the ears it is aesthetically pleasing. How To Be Human deals with darker issues, take Agnes which lead singer Dave Bailey titled as ‘the saddest song I will ever write’. This album doesn’t dismiss blending different genres in their album with tracks like Pork Soda and Season 2 Episode 3 having that glimpse of traditional R n B. And how can you not love a song called Pork Soda?
