Microsoft has officially unveiled the details of the Xbox Series S.
Set to release in November, the Xbox Series S is a digital-only console that the company says will be the smallest console they have ever released in terms of size. The console will retail for $299 or £249.99 at launch.
Microsoft also released a short preview trailer with some of the specs for the new console, which include fast load times, seamless switching between games along with next-gen audio and visual enhancements to play upcoming releases such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
The news follows an earlier leak of the console’s design and price alongside the Xbox Series X. While no details were revealed about the Series X, Microsoft has promised fans that an update will be coming soon regarding their next-gen console launch.
Xbox Series S is scheduled for a November 10 global release.
