Gigs have always been a place of solidarity, fun, freedom, and emotion. However, in November last year when the Bataclan Theatre was attacked, the fundamentals of gigs and music were attacked also.

The family of Nick Alexander, the British merchandiser who faced an untimely passing, are marking the anniversary of the shocking attacks with A Peaceful Noise. Music is a unifying factor of all cultures, and A Peaceful Noise sets out to exemplify this with an evening of stellar performances.

Debuting at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on the 15th November, A Peaceful Noise will raise money for two musical charities; The Nick Alexander Memorial Trust, and Sweet Stuff Foundation.

An effort to harness music’s ability to bring unity, A Peaceful Noise’s line up currently hosts Maximo Park, Gaz Coombes (ex-Supergrass), Fran Healy (Travis lead singer), and Frank Turner, with a lot more to be announced.

For more information on A Peaceful Noise, check out their website. Tickets are on sale 9am, on Friday 7th October from Gigs and Tours.
