The collection will be released in September.

Activision have confirmed details of Destiny: The Collection. The 5 title collection will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 from September 20 – the same day as the latest expansion pack, Rise of Iron.

Comprising of the core game and the expansion packs – The Dark Below, House of Wolves, The Taken King and Rise of Iron – the collection will also include all the add on content for the expansions, with pre-order bonuses also available through certain retailers. Players who pre-purchase the game digitally will have instant access to the game and the first three expansion packs ahead of the release of Rise of Iron.

Players on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 – who will not be able to play Rise of Iron or any new content – will be able to use the game’s previously announced upgrade system to export their characters to the next-gen consoles, provided the console is of the same ‘family’ as their current one. Those wishing to use the system will have until January 31, 2017 to make the upgrade.

Destiny: The Collection and Destiny: Rise of Iron will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 from September 20. Watch a trailer for Destiny: The Collection below.
