Acclaimed Broadway musical director Benjamin Rauhala is coming to Cadogan Hall on Sunday 5 February 2023.
In a new concert entitled Benjamin Rauhala & His West End Besties, Rauhala will be joined by a host of his favourite West End performers to recreate some of their favourites of his musical arrangements, as well as some exclusive new content.
The current line-up includes Luke Bayer (Everybody’s Talking About Jamie), Lauren Drew (Six, Heathers, Legally Blonde), Jordan Luke Gage (& Juliet, Bonnie and Clyde), Frances Mayli McCann (Bonnie and Clyde, Heathers), Courtney Stapleton (Beauty and the Beast, Six), Jodie Steele (Six, Heathers), Ben Joyce (Back to the Future), and more.
Rauhala provided musical direction for Broadway superstar Jeremy Jordan’s solo concert in August, and created the internationally touring Disney Princess: The Concert. He also helped conceive and arrange the opening and closing numbers for this year’s Tony Awards. As an original programme producer for iconic New York venue 54 Below, Rauhala has created hundreds of sold-out concerts, including the ‘Broadway Loves series’, which honours a number of pop heroes.
Benjamin Rauhala & His West End Besties will be filled with Rauhala’s signature mashups and medleys, contemporary musical theatre, Disney tunes, and tunes from the likes of Céline Dion, the Spice Girls, Selena Gomez, and Sam Smith.
The show is produced by Fourth Wall Live, who have been responsible for bringing renowned theatre performers of both Broadway and the West End to London’s stages. Tickets are on sale now via their website.
