2) The Backdrop
Even in your wellies you’re not going to feel at all festival like if you’re sat indoors in your bedroom, so get outside. Weather doesn’t matter, come rain or sun the festival will go on. So set a little tent up in your garden, get a little fire going, crack open a drink with some fellow non fest goers (unless you’re down to drink on your own, I won’t judge). If you’re really committed then you can sleep out there with all the bugs and midnight night owls, which is probably much more calming than girls screaming and crying at their ‘lad’ boyfriends in the tent a few down from you.
