Ace Ambrose
Ace Ambrose refers to her bedroom as the junkyard, for its wonderfully diverse collection of various trinkets. The same could be said for her music.
Her songs are a melting pot, an unfussy but fantastic smorgasbord of sounds. The Kenilworth crumbum can turn her talented hand to any genre, from contemplative folk to raging rock. Her debut EP, The Life and Death of Lady Fame, showed her dextrous music knowledge and her adaptable croon.
She has already been heard on BBC Introducing and various other stations, and as an interviewer has asked questions to the likes of Frank Turner.
Ambrose’s recent single, ‘Doomsayer’, showcased her flair for poetic language and molten-hot riffage. Expect her to continue to thrive in 2021…and for her bedroom to be just as messy.
