7. Lamb of God
Having missed various chances to see Virginia groove metallers Lamb of God, they did not disappoint when I finally saw them on the Sunday evening. Their career-spanning setlist included well known tracks such as ‘Redneck’ and ‘Black Label’, with vocalist Randy Blythe whipping the crowd up into a frenzy of huge, brutal circle pits and a wall of death. New tracks, for example the raw-sounding ‘Still Echoes’ also went down extremely well, demonstrating that their set was well worth the wait.
